Machinery

At Brandt’s Custom Machining, we have over 35 meticulously maintained machines to create and customize your requested parts and products. Anywhere from CNC machines to Cad-Cam Systems, we have you covered. Here is some insight into a few of the machines we use in daily production for our clients.  We have inspection machines that provide a complete product line of replacement probes, styli, and accessories. Not to mention the laser marker, tool presetter, 100-ton hydraulic press, plasma cutters, and mig & tig welders.

Over the years, some people and equipment may have changed; however, the mission remains the same, to help American manufacturers build innovative solutions through custom precision machining on a made-to-order basis. We take pride in the services and products we provide. We look forward to working with you soon!

CNC Vertical / Horizontal Machining Center

CNC Horizontal Machining Centers are constructed with rigid structural parts combined with a “V” shaped rib reinforcement that ensures stability. Our machines will assist in diversity and flexibility by dramatically decreasing lead times while reducing production costs.

Milling Machines

Milling machines are one of the most common and most valuable pieces we have available. They achieve similar results to lathes. However, unlike lathes that rotate the workpiece, milling machines hold the workpiece still using a vice or fixture. Milling machines use cylindrical tools such as drills and endmills to remove material.

CNC Turning Center

CNC turning centers are advanced numerically controlled machines. They can have 3, 4, or even 5 axes, along with a multitude of cutting capabilities, including milling, drilling, tapping, and of course, turning. We can ensure any cut material, coolant, and components remain within the machine.

Manual Equipment

We have the capability to complete orders manually.  This allows us to take on extra work, and it allows us to do so relatively inexpensively. Manual equipment is a powerful tool that can be used for many tasks. These uses include shaping, drilling, knurling, turning, cutting, and deformation. This kind of versatility in a single tool is hard to beat.
